How does per-agent pricing work?
Each plan is priced per agent seat. Your account is the first seat; every teammate you invite is another. During beta, choosing a plan sets your access, it doesn't create a charge.
What separates Lite, Regular and Business?
Lite is one seat with the core chat. Regular adds the team layer: unlimited seats and history, canned responses, tags, ratings, the custom pre-chat form, suggested replies and daily reports. Business adds the analysis layer: full analytics, conversation recaps, CSV export, archive search, unlimited campaigns and a white-label widget.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
No, and that's deliberate: each plan has exactly one price. Per agent it's Lite $19, Regular $49, Business $79; the xyzBot plan is $399 per workspace. Yearly billing is twelve times the month, no discount and no markup, so you never have to guess which rate you're on.
What is the xyzBot plan?
xyzBot is the automaton, one plan at $399 per workspace on top of any base plan. It covers 25,000 automated conversations a month, unlimited custom rules, and AI answers grounded in up to 100 knowledge sources you write or keep, with a handoff to a human when it can't answer.
What powers the AI features?
Every AI feature is a single-purpose task that returns a draft for your agent to review and send, never an open-ended assistant. Suggested replies, smart tags and topic insights start at Regular; conversation recaps and draft polish are Business. Regular includes 100 AI assists per agent each month, Business 500. Knowledge sources - and the grounded answers they power - ride the xyzBot plan.
What happens if I downgrade?
Changing a plan doesn't delete history. Lite hides conversations older than 60 days; they reappear if you move back to a plan with unlimited history.
